Upload of large files stops with INTERNAL_ERROR/uploading in Web Frontend

Bug Description

When moving a file to the Ubuntu One directory, the syncdaemon starts uploading the file immediately. On the website, the file is visible, but in status 'uploading'. After the full upload, the client throws an INTERNAL ERROR and the files remains in status 'uploading' on the website. Sync to other nodes also does not work then. This seems to work with small files flawlessly, but happens when I upload files larger than 300MB.

Pls see the attached syncdaemon.log for details. I have removed detailed file, directory or usernames.

One more info: When I disconnect, stop, start, connect the daemon, the same procedure starts again, 100% reproducible.
