Bug Description

System : Ubuntu 10.04 Server

When starting the X server via startx all command from $HOME/.xinitrc are executed except the xmodmap command.
The line "/usr/bin/xmodmap ~/.xmodmaprc" is ignored and no error messages are given.

If I execute the command by hand after X has started it works as expected.

Running the command did not do anything except some error messages so I'm attaching the logs by hand.
