program hangs if field too long

Bug details:
I've tried to create a certificate with an email address with more than 40 chars. The program hangs when trying to create the certificate.
Changing emailAddress_max field in openssl conf file ( openssl.cnf ) solved the problem

Expected behavior:
The application should give a detailed error message

Reproduced in tinyca 0.7.5-4 with an e-mail address that is longer than 40 characters.
