[6.0] Menu presentation break in normal user

Create a new database with multi company module

Connect with admin user, the menu seem correct
but with "OpenERP Salesman BE" user, the menu is break (sub menu appear as the same level as global menu)

That's because many of the menu items have changed referential ids in the xml
files. By upgrading modules, you get more and more menus[1] to be updated with
coherent data.

I had added a few quirks in the framework, so that bad references are easier
to debug.

[1] your own modules and/or customizations, however, may suffer.
