status line missing OpenOffice KDE integration

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When using the Openoffcie KDE integration package OOo open up with either no details at all in the status bar, at the bottom of the document, or at best only one item. I forget which and have now uninstalled the package.
This was a problem in previous versions of Kubuntu as well (along with a lot of other issues which seem to have been addressed in other bug reports).
Removal of the package fixes the problem

Same problem here on up-to-date Kubuntu 10.04.....
