Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
during boot: (travelmate 4230)
after the proper background + mouse pointer is displayed, and sound plays it's a 20-30 seconds delay before the login window appears.
after logging in , power-manager crash-window appears, the bizzare thing is that in order to proceed with logon, I need to click "logoff anyway".
Then after more delay, desktop appears, but panels are delayed.
finally panels appear, but no battery icon, starting "power management" takes also *very* long time.
misc operationsnow-and then seem to be delayed by this problem.
