update-manager will not run from the menu

Bug Description

ImportError: /usr/lib/libapt-pkg-libc6.10-6.so.4.8: symbol _ZNSo9_M_insertIlEERSoT_, version GLIBCXX_3.4.9 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference

If i run sudo update-manager it works fine. The gnome menu runs "/usr/bin/update-manager" which crashes immediately.

For me works fine. Ubuntu 10.04 AMD64.
$ update-manager
$ sudo update-manager
[sudo] password for pioruns:
$

Both opened Update Manager window, in user and root mode works ok.

Anyone affected by this bug please wrote your system version and architecture. And update-manager version, by typing: aptitude show update-manager.
