Please sync gsl-doc 1.14-1 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (non-free)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The fix for the FTBFS (Debian bug #572700) is now also in the Debian package.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 1.13-1ubuntu1:

gsl-doc (1.14-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release of what is considered 'non-free' GSL documentation

  * debian/control: Replace texlive-extra-utils with texlive-font-utils
    in Build-Depends: (with thanks to M Bienia) (Closes: #572700)

  * debian/control: Set Standards-Version: to current version
