Evolution wrong character encoding of message body

Binary package hint: evolution-mapi
I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and Evolution and Exchange MAPI that comes with that version of Ubuntu.
I have set the default encoding to UTF8. In some emails I get [?] displayed instead of text. Then I go to View -> Character encoding and select UTF8 or Latin2 and the text appears.
I have a feeling that text which contains special Latin2 (non ASCII) characters is not displayed.
Here is the message source example which has [?] three times in my case.

When I select Eastern European encoding the message looks like this:
