files label "uploading" even unless the files exist yet

I saw, that I have many files on ubuntuone site which status is "uploading". I can't remove them, but I want, because the files don't exist on my computer. The Ubuntu One Client is trying to upload them - i think. Also it can upload for ages, but I think it may be the "uploading" not existing files fault.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Are you still having this issue with all the updates installed? If you are please leave a comment and we can look into it.
