'Add/Remove Windows software' seems most appropriate to me

"Add/Remove" is wrong because you can't actually add software there (although you can't really add software on Windows either)

The name also needs to make clear that it's Wine-specific. So that leaves us with "Uninstall Wine Software" or "Uninstall Windows Software". Personally I prefer the former because if it works on Wine it's no longer really Windows software ;)

There is a little install button that lets you select an exe but has anyone ever done that?
