new DB - use directly - Admin has no Administration/Modules (and some others)

this comes up only if User/Preferences/Interface is set to extended

this is not very user friendly and will lead to a lot of bug reports

+1 Admin should be on all groups but "Nobody" by default. After all it is the admin!
