Impossible to override HTTPCaller without monkey patching

Bug Description

I've had to create a custom HTTPCaller so that my tests don't depend on the ZODB. Unfortunately, to make my tests use that, I had to subclass 4 different classes (Browser, PublisherMechanizeBrowser, PublisherHTTPHandler, PublisherConnection). It should be easier to override it.
