animated titles flash before animation (sometimes)

Bug Description
I am trying to compose scrolling end credits like described on the bottom of http://
One particular title “flashes” before its animation: It gets displayed as a static, non-animated frame overlapping the current animated frame before being displayed smoothly and animated. I tried playing with repositioning the titles in the time frame and this lead to other frames having this effect. I am trying to attach a screencast showing the effect as I am having difficulties describing this.
As I could find a logical pattern I am sure that this is a bug.
