os-prober adds drive numbers to initrd line

Bug Description
Binary package hint: os-prober
Running sudo update-grub finds my PCLinuxOS and add it's to grub.cfg.
However it adds (hd1,0) into the intrd line
initrd (hd1,0)
Instead of
initrd /boot/initrd.img
