Graphical notification when saving occurs

Riven X should display a graphical notification when it has saved the game. This is particularly relevant for fullscreen mode.

Need opportunity to change to windowed view and have access to drop down menus in full screen mode so games can be saved and not automatically overwritten. I'm now unable to retrieve a game because I've overwritten a pivotal moment. So now I'm trapped on Catherine's prison island because my codes to Gehn's office don't work anymore. Unless I'm simply just doing something dumb in normal gameplay, which is a strong possibility.

By the way, you're a star for making Riven work in Leopard. Despite the headache it's giving me. I can't get the other Myst games to work either. Are you going to bother with those?

amgine, you should use Shift-Command-S to save games in future (Save as...) instead of Command-S (Save and overwrite). This gives you the opportunity to name your game. I use a 2 number prefix followed by a brief description, so that I can easily see the sequence of saves, although you can also list by date order in the Save dialogue box, which more or less achieves the same result!

Then you can retrace to a place before you made a mistake easily.

The Save box drops down when in full screen mode if you use Shift-Command-S

Re: the other Myst games, I've read a comment by Jean-François that he has no plans to work on those.
