Bug Description
When you choose to reload the weather data (right click -> Check Weather), it uses the cached XML data. This should not be the case. If I am specifically asking for a reload it needs to fetch new data!
The only time the cached data should be used is if a reload (timed or manual) fails. Then as a fallback we use the cached data so theres something displayed instead of an error.
