Project Category Problem

When editing an idea (using the edit link next to the rational) and the
related project has associated categories, when you try to save the idea
the error "Please choose the project category the more closely related
to your submission." and the category box has been reset. The category
box is also uneditable before and after the save attempt.

To reproduce this you don't need to make any changes, you just need to
attempt to save the page.

As its related to the association of categories with projects any ideas
in any sections with attached categories, the only one I know of is the
brainstorm section:
