This bug has been nominated for Lucid and Maverick, but does it actually occur in either of those releases? Neither this bug nor any of its duplicates (nor any comments in this bug or duplicates) report that this has occurred on any release but Jaunty or Karmic. If this no longer occurs on any supported Ubuntu releases, perhaps it can be closed as Won't Fix.
