Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
when selecting a new mouse theme, even the ones that ship with 10.04, they don't work except in firefox it seems. No other programs work with them, and even the window itself with teh theme manager doesn't show the change. All that one is left with is teh default one.

i dont realy think this has something todo with the graphics driver scince i have a thinkpad r51 with those intel videocard which need a workaround to function correctly. this bug appears shortly after upgrading to 10.04.
it does also affect 10.04 kernel which does not have the issue with the intel videocard,
