Not start upgrade after pressed button upgrade in release notes

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I start update manager, and press the upgrade button, after this, opened window with title "Release Notes" , and I again press the button "upgrade" but nothing happen. I wait te minets, thinking that my mashin stupped, but has not waited updating start.
