Bug Description
Mounter docklet should spin-down/turn off device when unmounting an external disk/pen.
In gnome when you click eject or remove a usb hd it spins-down, the same for usb stick after clicking eject on desktop icon led on the stick is turned off, the same should happen when i use mounter docklet.

So to be clear, the user is advocating that Docky does an *eject* instead of an *unmount* when dragging off the dock.
