Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-netbook-default-settings

Whenever I log in and choose an Ubuntu Netbook 2D session the following problems occur:
- The normal GNOME Panels spawn (meaning there is a GNOME menu (Applications, Places, System instead of the Home button) and a bottom GNOME panel, which both don't spawn when I choose for a normal Ubuntu Netbook session)
- The title bar of a program, when maximized, is not integrated with the upper GNOME panel

It's also not possible to change the panels manually, because whenever I click the Home button in a Ubuntu Netbook 2D session the 3D version spawns which works way too slow on my netbook.

The issue isn't related to ubuntu-netbook-default-settings which is only configuring the 3D session.
