Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-osd

After upgrading to Ubuntu 10.04, I found the old configuration of gnome-osd-properties does NOT work any more. The font of gnome-osd notification is totally not that set in the gnome-osd-properties interface. And I don't know why this happens. Actually I have changed the default font (the first line of serif and sans-serif ) in the file "/etc/fonts/conf.d/69-language-selector-xxx", but gnome-osd seems to use another font, neither the one set in gnome-osd-properties, nor the one set as the default font for serf and sans-serf.

When upgrading to 10.04, I was asked to replace the old version of "/etc/fonts/conf.d/69-language-selector-xxx" with the new one, I chose to keep the old one in case of losing changes, it this the reason ? If so, how could I reconfigure to use the default new version of "/etc/fonts/conf.d/69-language-selector-xxx" ?
