New(er) upstream version (0.7)

Debian intends but has not gotten to package SQLObject 0.7, which is available here:

http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/SQLObject

SQLObject 0.7 has been out a few months and I'd love to see it in Dapper.

This is difficult to package, best would be to encourage Debian to package this. (That means 0.7 will not hit dapper as we are in UVF now, sry)

This should be done by debian, too much changes are necessary to get this running.

0.7.0 is available in Debian since February 2006. So it will make into Ubuntu most probably in the version after Dapper.
