Bug Description

Binary package hint: digikam

When starting digikam in Gnome, it fails to connect to the USB camera with the following error dialog:
"""
Failed to connect to the camera. Please make sure it is connected properly and turned on. Would you like to try again?
[Retry] [Abort]
"""

This works when starting Digikam in KDE, so it looks like some missing (KIO?) service is not being started or available.
