MeMenu glossary entry points to wrong page number

Bug Description

The MeMenu glossary entry lists two page numbers, 16 and 23. It should be 17 and 23.

The page numbers in the glossary entries are automatically generated. I'm not sure why it's off by one. I'll look into it and try to fix it for the second edition. Thanks!
