Window button arrangement seems inconsistent in Lucid UNR

Bug Description
it seems inconsistent for a maximized window to display the close button on the right and unmaximized to have the close button on left. I used gconf-editor to have metacity conform to maximus. I did not see a way to make maximus display the button on the left as easily.
