Bug Description
In the Content Editor ( url : /cms/content/edit/ ), the End / Expiry Date is displaying as '-0001-11-30 00:00:00' or some other negative value in the form, when the stored DB value is '0000-00-00 00:00:00' (zero). If value in DB is NULL, then it works fine (blank field). The correct behaviour is to show a blank field if the DB value is zero, and to store a NULL value if the form field is blank. This probably has something to do with the time zone conversion functionality converting the time to the user's specified time zone.
