Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-mono

Could you consider to add an icon for the gnote application (an alternative to tomboy). I've locally fixed the problem with a symbolic link named 'gnote.svg' to the tomboy icon (tomboy-panel.svg).

Other applications that would like to have mono icons: guake, pulse-audio applet,...

Thanks

Tomboy should ship a -symbolic icon and use it for its system status menu.

affects: ubuntu-mono (Ubuntu) → tomboy (Ubuntu)

creating symbolic link to tomboy-panel.svg already doesn't helps:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/apps/24/tomboy-panel.svg /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/apps/24/gnote.svg
Is any there way to change gnote icon on panel looks like tomboy?
