xpdf 3.02-1.3 needs security updates

3.02-1.4 is already in intrepid, jaunty, and karmic.

Also, it builds cleanly from the lenny source package on a hardy machine.

Is there any way we can get some movement on this? The package just needs to be added to hardy and builds cleanly.
