Launching a web link ignores preferred applications

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

If I drag a link onto the desktop from the URL bar of Epiphany, this creates a shortcut to that web-address (correct behaviour) - if I then click on that link, however, it loads Firefox to open it. Epiphany is set as my default browser in the preferred applications and launching links from other locations (the terminal, the run dialog, etc.) works correctly.

This is in Edgy, I do believe this was fine in Dapper.
