[Lucid] After disabling and enabling the network,the enable wireless option is greyed out

Binary package hint: network-manager
After boot wireless and wired network is enabled at the network-manager menu (right clicking on the network icon). When I disable the network and then enable it I can't enable the wireless network because it's greyed out.
