Bug Description
Currently, if you try to open a productions site's window by doubleclick, nothing happens, if you have that window already open
but minimized to the title bar.
This should be change IMO. Either the corresponding title bar could start flashing, or even better, the minimized
window should simple open.

Production site window is now restored if minimized when clicking on production site => Fixed in revision 6036.
