Bug Description
Hi there. I'm using Lucid 64-bits on a Lenovo SL500 with an intel vga.
ignasi@Caladan:~$ lspci | grep Graphics
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
For the past days I have noticed that X becomes really unresponsive after dpms is activated, either by not using the computer or by invoking 'sleep 1; xset s activate'. To have the system run smoothly again I just have to press Ctrl-Alt-F1 to go to a text session, and Ctrl-F7 to go back to X, and everything is normal again (until dpms is activated again)
I'm currently using the x-swat ppa for testing the infamous memory leak.
