Lucid Beta 2 AMD64
Lots of software did not start and show the same error lines with python and setlocale, maybe we have a setlocale bug that cause this problems?

Bug can be closed!
Caused by side effects from bug 407300 and 553162. If the locale problem is workarounded the python apps starts well.
