*** NSPlugin Wrapper *** WARNING:(/build/buildd/nspluginwrapper-1.2.2/src/npw-wrapper.c:1973):invoke_NPP_GetValue: assertion failed: (rpc_method_invoke_possible(plugin->connection))

outputs to terminal. Flash controls stop working on some videos, and other's don't load at all.

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. It appears that you are using Flash from the official Ubuntu repositories. If this is true, then the issue of Flash not responding to clicks is likely due to bug 410407. Workaround #3 on that report has worked for most people, so please try that and let us know if you still experience any issues.
