qGo closes unexpectly when try to have a match against the computer

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx
~$ lsb_release -rd

and I installed qgo
~$ apt-cache policy qgo

Every time I try to have a match against the program,an Error comes out (Could not start /usr/games/gnugo ) and, then, it closes unexpectly.

I had the same problem after a clean install of qGo, when going in the menu to: Settings, Preferences, Computer Go. Then there is a path to the "Go Engine" namely "/usr/games/gnugo" For me this was a non-existing file. So I found and installed "gnugo": sudo apt-get install gnugo and its working.
