Bug Description
When i login with an Yubikey, the network manager asks for my wireless key instead of asking the gnome-keyring password (where my key is saved)
When i login with my normal password, the wireless connects without asking the password (using the keyring i guess)
I 'solved' it by setting the wireless to "availible to all users"

This might be related to the fact that the Gnome keyring is encrypted with the login password. When you log in with the Yubikey the Gnome keyring does not get a correct password to open. Maybe you could remove the password encryption from the Gnome keyring altogether..? See bug #416825.
