I can't install fglrx package

Guys,
I've just upgraded my system from Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04RC. Before I had done that my video were ok with a drive I had got from ATI site (ati-driver-
After upgrade I can't anymore neither install this driver, nor that official package that is coming with Lucid.
My videocard is a ATI Technologies Inc RV730 Pro AGP [Radeon HD 4600 Series] and worked fine. Now, when I try install it, both of them show me a error message like that:

uninstallation files are located, set the FORCE_ATI_UNINSTALL
environment variable and re-run /usr/share/
