Bug Description
How to reproduce:
- Start review
- Enter protocol mode
- Add 3 findings
- Delete the last finding (number 3)
- Add a new finding
Expected behavior:
The new finding should get the number 3 assigned, since the previous one was deleted before.
Actual behavior:
The new finding gets assigned the number 4.
