Bug Description
Well, I know that IIS is a crap server, but this one need to be fixed over
the whole cms: IIS can't include (or execute) Files starting with <?...
you have to use <?php in order for IIS to load/execute the file. Otherwise
you'll get crappy nothing saying errors like "class not found".
One example: imageManipulator class.
