Bug Description
In Ubuntu 10.4 RC and previous releases
1. Open any GTK application that has a drop-down menu (Empathy, Firefox -> save as, GIMP, etc)
2. Position the application window so that when the drop-down menu is opened it touches the lower edge of the screen
3. With the mouse wheel, you can now scroll up infinitely
