Bug Description
Binary package hint: human-theme
In default theme (Human) main menu's size is locked i.e. user can't change it. Cause of this next line in theme file: gtk-icon-sizes = "panel-

Not sure what is meant by "user can't change it" .
You want to change the icon size used in the main menu from where?
One can edit the gtkrc and the icon size will be used.
Why does the human-theme have to change this setting?
