Bug Description
affects launchpad-
"ec2 land" / "ec2 test" will currently send back a nice email with the
full test output in case of test failures.
Its subject is currently something like "Test results: FAILURE". It
would be nice if it could include the short LP URL or merge proposal in
that subject so it is easier to find back the test results for a
particular merge proposal.
