Bug Description

Downloaded and burned ubuntu 10.04 beta 2 on April 20th.
When I try to create a startup disk on a usb drive, I repeatedly get
an error.
"An uncaught exception was raised [Errno 5] Input/Output error".

I am running off the live CD. I am running on a HP Pavillion dv6500 series laptop.
