Bug Description

Ibid scripts fail with an obscure error if you aren't in a botdir when you run them.

In fact, they even say things like:
INFO:core.config:Loaded configuration from ibid.ini
INFO:core.config:Loaded configuration from local.ini
before failing, which is all lies.

Bonus points. Have a botdir parameter for commands

This seems to be the reason behind the merge noise in https://code.launchpad.net/~keegan-csmith/ibid/jinja2-517784/+merge/71326

trial changes the working directory, breaking template loading by RPC
