Binary package hint: transmission
When "open folder" is clicked on a specific torrent (in Transmission), the folder is opened but the torrent's folder/file is not marked in Nautilus. You have to search for it by yourself and there are usually a lot of other folders and files in the default folder location of the downloaded/

Transmission uses g_app_info_ launch_ default_ for_uri( ) to open the folder. There doesn't appear to be an API in this mechanism for selecting the torrent's file, so I don't know if this ticket is something that can be fulfilled.
