imagedrawer: local images should have local url

Bug Description
Currently the images uploaded locally have the full url when they are stored in the document. This may cause inconvenience - for example, if the datavbase is copied to staging, all images inserted this way, are broken.
It would be better just have an absolute path without the local domain. This can be achieved on the server, as the client will simply use and insert the url the server sends.

It's actually fixed now without a touch. Not sure when this got correct.
