Noisy launchpadlib import

Bug Description

We're using revno 223 for two projects, and are seeing the following message on every cron run (i.e. every minute):

/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/lazr/restfulclient/__init__.py:19: UserWarning: Module launchpadlib was already imported from /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/launchpadlib/__init__.py, but /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages is being added to sys.path
  import pkg_resources

Fwiw, we're not seeing the same output for another instance running revno 201.
